Pause and take one conscious breath. Let this be your reset button, no matter what’s happening around you.

🗣️ A - Acknowledge Out Loud

Ask yourself, ‘How am I really feeling right now?’ Then, say it out loud - even if it’s just a whisper. Naming your feelings gives them space and helps you honour what’s true for you in this moment.

🙏 G - Gratitude 

Think of one thing you’d truly miss if it wasn’t there. Let yourself feel that appreciation, even for a second.

✨ I - Inner Shift 

Make the smallest inner shift - relax your jaw, drop your shoulders, or simply notice your breath. Tiny changes matter.
